Welcome to the official website for the Macoupin County Board minutes and agendas.

As the County Clerk, one of my responsibilities is to be the Clerk of the County Board. A top priority of mine in that role has been to create a new level of openness in County government. This website is a major step forward in open, transparent government by putting information about the County Board’s operations and decisions online and readily available to the public. Just a few of the features of this website include:

Nearly 200 years of County Board minutes available
A full calendar of all future meetings with their agenda and packet information and minutes of past meetings
A voting and attendance record for all Board members since 2025
Email signup to be notified about Board and committee meeting agendas
Search for documents in our online library
